Regular Registration (Feb. 1 - Feb. 28): $580

The registration fee includes morning and afternoon refreshments and a lunch buffet on April 11th and 12th. Complimentary breakfast is available at all three hotels.

Wednesday Evening Reception

Hosted at Burntshirt Vineyard

Cost: $65  

Registration is required, and space is limited. Please select the “Wednesday Evening Reception” Add-On when registering for the Gathering to secure your spot. Registration includes bus transportation with pickup from each hotel.

Burntshirt Vineyards new state-of-the-art restaurant and wine bar, The Vintner’s Table, features one of Hendersonville’s largest kitchens and offers farm-to-table style dishes emphasizing fresh ingredients with a Mediterranean flare to accompany their award winning vine-to-bottle wines. We will enjoy the family friendly atmosphere of Burntshirt Vineyards’ latest venture. Located on our working vineyard in Hendersonville, NC, you can now experience the finest in gourmet offerings while drinking in the expansive views of the nineteen acre vineyard.

Dine Arounds 

Self-Paid

Join other Gathering member attendees in small groups at local restaurants for dinner and conversation. Please indicate your interest in the dine arounds when you register by selecting the add-on, and we will follow up with you to get your preference for reservations closer to the event. Please note that while we will make your reservation at the restaurant of your choice, the dine-around outings are self-paid. Also, because this will be a networking opportunity for the 2023 Gathering, we ask that only members attend this event. 

Site Visits

Cost: $45

There are two options for site visits on the morning of April 13th with pickups at the hotels. Because there are a limited number of spaces due to bus capacity, your first choice may be full. If that occurs, please Contact Us to have your name added to the waitlist. We also ask that only members attend these site visits.
