What is a Community of Practice?
Communities of Practice (CoPs) are ongoing, practice-based peer learning circles that meet quarterly. They’re designed to be low-lift but high-impact, providing space for members to share insights, exchange strategies, and learn together without imposed timelines. Participation in any CoP is always free and included as a benefit of membership.
How do they work?
CoP’s are FREE and included with membership. They are also member only spaces.
Led by rotating volunteer, called a Moderator. Moderators:
Bridge connections
Guide the flow of conversation
Choose the theme or topic of discussion (optional)
Member Benefits
Connect with members and build relationships
Exchange work, challenges, and successes
Share best practices and insights
Practice facilitation skills
Expand your professional network
